Nick Bell

Founder/Managing Director

Having a true passion for fitness which goes back many years Nick started as a personal trainer, working his way up to now owning 2 succesful gyms.

An owner that not only believes and understands the benefits of training, but prides himself on making the clubs the best they can be, by trying to find the next bit of new kit or tasty new suppliment on the market.

Ross Duncan


Ross can be found in either of our sites in Bridport and Weymouth. He has the willingess and passion to want to expand the business model and reach out to more people within the communities.

For over 4 years now Ross has also been an Ambassador for Dorset Mind (mental health charity) so fully understands the benefits of exercise to help peoples wellbeing. 

Alice Seagar

Team Member

Alice is recently new to the Team but brings in a wealth of knowledge from her background in teaching Dance, and fully understands the importance and benefits of exercise.

Keen into fitness herself Alice is currently undergoing further education in fitness and strives to become a personal trainer.


As well as finding her working you can also find her hosting some of our classes, Dance Aerobics and HIIT. 

Jai Reynolds

Team Member

Jai is apart of the bricks and morter here at New Body Fitness, starting as an apprentice right at the start 4 years ago. He has over the years developed his knowledge and skills to be able to offer support and personal training to our members.


Big into fitness himself Jai is always willing to help others, offering support and knowkledge to all our members.

Amy Mason

Team Member

You will find Amy working in both of our gym locations and if not there she will more than likely be on a run somewhere in Dorset.

Amy is a keen runner and helped develop a running group based in Dorchester called RIOT which now has over 200 members.
